Had Mr. Rooter come check out our water heaters, as it seemed like we were running out of hot water too quick. They scheduled me fast, arrived on time, and gave me a great walk through of what was going on. We made some minor adjustments, but no major repairs necessary. It’s refreshing to work with a service provider that is looking out for your best interests, and not just trying to sell you unnecessary services. Honest service providers can be hard to come by these days, but Mr. Rooter of Salt Lake is one of them.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Despite being slightly outside their service area, the team went above and beyond to replace my 50g water heater under warranty. This includes confirming the warranty status, removing the old tank from my basement, taking it to Home Depot, and installing the new one-all in the same day. Their efficiency and reasonable pricing made the entire process stress-free.

Brian Shepherd came out and replaced our water expansion tank since it was leaking. He explained the process and it was a quick repair and we are truly thankful for his service! He also added a strap to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. Overall it was a 10/10 experience from the moment I called the company to when Brian left. I will be calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing & specifically requesting Brian for future issues! Thanks for everything!

Highly Recommend Mr. Rooter! I recently had Mr. Rooter come out for a free check-up and quote on replacing an outside faucet. The plumber, Brian, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered a more cost-effective solution than I initially anticipated. Brian Shepard that now works here had his own company at one time that was called Shepard’s Plumbing. He is a honest hard worker that cares about others and has a big kind heart. At Christmas time he was looking to help others in need is how I first met him. I told him about my mom, sister and her family. He helped my mother, my sister and her family with a water heater. The water heater went out and they had no money to get a new one. They were heating water on the stove, going to the Rec center since they had a family pass to shower get cleaned up that way or having to take a cold shower. My wonderful mom and dad raised 11 of us. My mother was always giving to others. That year Brian really made their Christmas wonderful by helping them have a water heater which shows you the kind of person he truly is and we have stayed in contact as friends ever since. He truly does care about others. I would truly recommend him to others. He’s the kind of person you can trust.

Fast Response and Excellent Service and Professionalism! I had a plumbing emergency with my shower drain clogged. Brian from Mr. Rooter was at my door within 90 minutes from when I called. He arrived exactly at the time he had forecasted. Brian arrived promptly and had shoe covering when he arrived. He put together a very reasonable estimate after examining the shower. He quickly resolved my shower drain issue in 15 minutes and made a video of the issue (spoon and other debris in drain pipe). He explained the issue clearly. He also took the time to clean up the area afterward. Brian was courteous, respectful, and wore protective gear to keep my home clean. Had a backed up kitchen faucet. The tech came out. He tried the snake and then water pressure. Then my garbage disposal started leaking. He waiting while I ran out and got another one and he put it in for me. He went beyond the call of duty. Very happy. Would use them again. The need to carry cards or fridge magnets with them and give them to the customer
